i saw this this morning how columbia university acting like goliath and using emminent domAIn{http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminent_domain }as its it1: foul sword into threaten property owners into selling their property well below market value and also using 2.as its shield" for the public good and creating 6000 jobs"...the impact on the surronding harlem community will be after chic cafes,restaurnts and stores move in:higher rent prices and store prices forcing low income families to move elsewhere---sure it will create jobs(at best 30%) but will these families be able to afford to go these same places or to live in the surronding areas??no way!!! so who is really benefiting???
