In the latest star wars saga a young jedi apprentice is corrupted to embrace the dark side. This is similiar to the real true life saga of tony evans who has began to leave the faith of jude 3 to embrace the dark side of the faith/prosperity teachers aka td jakes and eddie long--when i see this sad situation i am reminded of:

2 cor 6:15

of ufos and aliens

my view on aliens and ufo's i thank God has now been shaped not by x-files,close encounters of the third kind,et,star trek etc but by His ever sure word and using its truth i have come up with these possiblities for aliens and ufos in which all cases of eyewitness accounts have a nich to fall under:

1. demoniac activity

2. memories of ones childbirth: doctors with masks,probes etc for a newborn entering the world for the first time it is a traumatic experience.

3. memories from sci fi shows.

4. victims of hoax or government coverups of new technologies.

5. outright lies

6. waking dreams

7. mentall illness

8. man as He wanders away fom the light of the gospel falling under the power of superstions etc

a couple of years ago mr. jakes came for a signing at the christain bookstore i used to work at for close to 2 years. My impression of him was not favorable especially his diva demands for him and his entourage--would Christ if He came for a book or cd signing at the local christain bookstore demand benefits for Him and His guests? bottled water,fruit baskets,there own room etc etc... or would He rather seek common courtesy and good manners from His invitees? and if they lacked common courtesy or good manners would He storm out or sulk like a spoiled child? Gee pastors should reflect christ who they serve and love... i also was not impressed with his fans--gee i understand perfectly (by their blind adoration)by this experience how the antichrist will decieve many...and how many fall under the spell of false prophets and false teachings....i remember this young hispanic lady trying to give him a little note with her name and phone number and i told her while she was begging hey you kn0ow better and plus he is a married man and i shoo'd her away treating her like she deserved a puberitic teen...

God help us all....

tommorow is the ominous day 6-06-06 and some christains are looking at it like it was another friday the thirteenth...this is just another example of what happends when christains get a steady diet of spiritual junk food of end times books which are biblically anchorless based not on the sure and unshakable foundations of God's word but on fables,speculations and visions of men and women. reminds me of 1 tim 1:4 and 1 tim 4:7...
